Returns Policies

In-Store Returns Policy  

Products bought from the boutique at 10 New Quebec Street are non-refundable. A credit note or exchange may be issued at the discretion of the sales staff, if the product is unworn with all tags still attached and returned within 14 days. 

Online Returns Policy 

You can return all Ready-to-Wear products brought online from our website if returned in the condition as sold, with all tags attached, for a refund or exchange. This also applies to any pre-order Ready-to-Wear garments.

Products from the couture collection, and bespoke or custom made products are non-returnable, due to the made to order nature of the products.

Returns charges are payable by the customer.

Please refer to the below guidelines:

If you wish to return your online order, please notify us at within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You will need to return any items within a further 14 day period. All returns are processed via DHL Express pick up, or drop off at a DHL collection point.

Feedback is always helpful for us to know why you would like to return the order!

We will email you a DHL return label for you to print at home and attach to the original packaging, taking care to cover the outbound label. Use this waybill number to book the return on the DHL website.

You do need access to a printer in order to print the DHL labels and customs invoices if applicable. 

Return charges (see below) will be deducted from your refund, or in the case of an exchange, a payment link will be sent. Please ensure all garment tags are still attached or the product will be considered as worn, and a refund will not be processed. 

If you have had any custom alterations or a bespoke product, as stated in our terms and conditions, the goods cannot be returned. Couture products from the couture collection are also non returnable as they are made to order.

Hats and larger headbands are subject to higher return charges (below), due to the considerable extra volumetric weight

We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with garment tags still attached. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
