The more you shop, the more you'll earn. Each tier is calculated based on your spending with Suzannah London within 1 calendar year. Here’s your guide to how your benefits will improve.

How do I earn Suzannah London Loyalty Points?
Points are awarded to customers based on the amount spent within a 12-month period. You will not earn points on the value of any shipping, tax, duty or associated fees.
How can I redeem my points?
Suzannah London Points can be converted into discounts on future purchases. When you have enough points, login to your suzannah.com account and go to the rewards launcher to choose which reward you would like to redeem.
Points can only be redeemed on Suzannah London own brand products and not against millinery, candles or other non Suzannah London items.
Can I use points with other promotions or Sale items?
Points can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or to purchase sale items.
Is there a minimum purchase amount to redeem points against?
Yes you will need to spend a minimum of £500 on an order before you can use points against it.
1000 (£10) is the minimum points you can use.
When do my Suzannah London rewards expire?
Suzannah London Points are valid for 12 months. We will notify you when your points are expiring so you can use your rewards.
How do I move up a tier?
Once you have reached the spend threshold, we will automatically add you to the next tier and the new benefits will be applied to your account.
What if I have more than one email address registered?
You are only permitted to have one email associated with the program. If you wish to accumulate points please log in with the same email, as any additional ones may have the points removed at any time.
Do I earn points when I buy a gift card?
When you purchase a gift card from Suzannah London you will not earn points for the purchase. The points are earned by the recipient of the gift card when they go to spend it.
