Delivery

All our orders are shipped free of charge via DHL – with the exception of hats, due to their higher volumetric weight (see below) – and all our deliveries are carbon offset. We always ship within 1-2 working days, unless longer lead times are stated on the product page, and during High Season and Sale periods deliveries may take a bit longer.

Please let us know in advance if you’re under time pressure, because of a special occasion, for example, and we’ll do our utmost to help.

DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All our prices are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so no further duties or import charges should be payable by you. Local Sales Tax (VAT) is included in the product price, except Canada where sales tax is added at checkout. We are currently not required to charge US Sales taxes. 

TRACKING: Once you have placed an order and received a tracking number, please visit DHL Express to track your shipment.

MILLINERY: Millinery Shipping costs on hats can be considerable due to the often large box size required and charges are based on volumetric weight. Hats marked as 'send an enquiry' will likely face higher shipping charges than the below.

We’ve partnered with DHL Express to ensure all deliveries are carbon neutral; where they will offset the emissions and these carbon credits will go into projects such as: Orb solar energy in India & Landfill gas power plants in Turkey.
