Cora is a pure silk, vintage-inspired tea dress with a stunning new print designed in collaboration with British botanical digital fine artist, Kate Scott.
Kate Scott is an award-winning artist. She creates botanical art by digitally painting at high resolution with such extreme intricacy that her final artwork resembles a photograph. We have been collaborating with Kate Scott for several years since finding her work in Italian Vogue.
The dress itself has a beautiful soft pink base with pretty posey's of tonal pink roses. Charming and effortlessly beautiful.
Based on our best selling 1930s silk tea dress block, this signature style is beautifully flattering with unique charm and versatility.
The dress has 3/4 length sleeves with a shirred cuff detail, a shirred soft elasticated empire seam and shoulder, and a soft flattering bias cut silhouette which falls to a midi length.
There is an invisible centre back zip for step-in ease, and the dress is lined from the empire seam to the hemline in Italian silk crepe de chine.
This dress can be casually styled with cashmere and soft tan flats for day, or elevated with stunning millinery and heels for special events.
We've styled Cora with an exquisite piece of millinery, 'J'Adore Pillbox' by British milliner, Edwina Ibbotson, available to purchase online or via the Suzannah London boutique.
