We deliver to most countries via an independent courier service. Delivery will be added onto this total price at the next stage of the transaction. We will confirm an approximate delivery date after we have received your confirmed order. Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. We will provide you with the tracking info and help trace your parcel on its journey to you if need be.
If your order is to be sent outside the EU, we will remove the 20% VAT which is included in all of our prices which you see on the site. However, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be (in general and in our experience to date, the charge does not exceed 20% of value of the goods which you have paid). Customs policies do vary widely though from country to country; so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
