Delivery

All our orders are shipped free of charge via DHL and are fully carbon offset. Please note that larger millinery is excluded from free shipping due to its higher volumetric weight (see below).

In-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 2 working days, unless the items contain pre-order/ made-to-order with lead time specified on the product page. During High Season and Sale periods, delivery times may be slightly extended up to 7 working days.

All international orders are shipped subject to customs clearance and import regulations in the destination country. While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, customs processing may occasionally result in delays beyond our control; therefore, all delivery timeframes would be considered estimates only. 

For all international shipments, it is standard procedure for customs to request receiver's documentation for clearance. This varies from country to country. For private individuals, requirements tend to be National ID proofs/SSN; for businesses, they require VAT/EORI numbers.

For orders to the United States exceeding $2,500, US Customs may require the recipient’s Tax ID or Social Security Number as part of the standard clearance process.

Should this be required, DHL will contact you directly once the shipment arrives in customs. Please note that customs clearance - and consequently final delivery - may be delayed pending receipt of the requested information. 

Please do let us know in advance if you’re under time pressure, because of a special occasion, for example, and we’ll do our utmost to accommodate your request.

DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All prices are included on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning no additional duties or import charges should be payable upon delivery. Local Sales Tax (VAT) is included within the product price, with the exception of Canada, where sales tax is calculated at checkout. Please note that we are not currently required to collect US Sales Tax.

TRACKING: Once you have placed an order and received a tracking number, please visit DHL Express to track your shipment.

MILLINERY: Please see below charges on millinery shipping. Hats marked as 'send an enquiry' will likely face higher shipping charges than the below.

We will keep your order in store for 7 days. If your order isn't collected within 7 days, it will be automatically refunded to your card and restocked.
