Delivery

All our orders are shipped free of charge – with the exception of millinery, due to their higher volumetric weight (see below). We always ship within 1-2 working days, unless longer lead times are stated on the product page, and during High Season and Sale periods deliveries may take a bit longer.  We aim to ship sale items within 7 working days 

Please note that for US shipments over $250, it is standard procedure for US customs to request the customer's tax ID, or social security number, for clearance. This would be requested by the shipper once it has arrived in the US, and will be delayed until the information is given. 

Please let us know in advance if you’re under time pressure, because of a special occasion, for example, and we’ll do our utmost to help.

DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All our prices are DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so no further duties or import charges should be payable by you. Local Sales Tax (VAT) is included in the product price, except Canada where sales tax is added at checkout. We are currently not required to charge US Sales taxes. 

TRACKING: Once you have placed an order and received a tracking number, please visit DHL Express to track your shipment.

MILLINERY: Please see below charges on millinery shipping. Hats marked as 'send an enquiry' will likely face higher shipping charges than the below.

Click and Collect 

We will keep your order in store for 7 days. If your order isn't collected within 7 days, it will be automatically refunded to your card and restocked.
