It is important to us that you are happy with every Suzannah purchase.

And we realise that buying beautiful dresses online isn’t easy.

We have years of experience with the fit of our garments and can help you with any kind of question – from sizing, to what style might best suit you. Our size guide is based on your actual body measurements. Please refer to this. However if you are between sizes please do email us and we can recommend styles to suit your body shape.

We offer free UK and international shipping

We send the majority of our parcels with DHL and on occasion use Royal Mail Special Delivery. We will email you on receipt of order to confirm and check the expected lead- time & date of delivery is suitable for you. Once en-route we will send you the tracking information.

Details about how to return are within your parcel: As we offer free worldwide shipping, any returns costs are payable by the customer.

We expect notification that you are intending to return your product within 48 hours of receipt of goods. You then have 14 days in which to return your parcel to our UK boutique. Our refunds policy applies to all online and telephone sales of garments which have not been altered or adapted in anyway. The goods also need to have the labels attached and be returned in the immaculate condition as sold.

For our international customers

 We offer free shipping worldwide, along with a duty calculator and an optional duty pre-payment service at the checkout. 

 Your order will be dispatched via DHL unless we state otherwise. When we receive your order we will be in touch with an estimated lead-time and delivery date. We will provide you with the tracking info once your order has been confirmed and your parcel is on its way.

If your order is to be sent outside the EU, the 20% VAT which is included in all of our prices which you see on the site will be re-imbursed at the checkout.

For Russia , we cannot ship to a PO Box. We need a confirmed business address.

If the duty pre-payment service is not selected at the checkout, any customs or import duties will be chargeable once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be (in general and in our experience to date, the charge does not exceed 20% of value of the goods which you have paid). Customs policies do vary widely though from country to country; so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

Our returns policy does apply to overseas sales bought online and over the telephone as detailed above, however the return shipping and any customs charges are non-refundable.
