Returns Policy

We offer a returns policy for goods returned to us in ther original condition with all labels still attached.

To return an item you MUST notify us in writing by email of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Please ensure you send the goods back within 14 days so we can process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We advise to send by special delivery so the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibilty until they reach our premises.

If you have had any custom alterations or Bespoke, as with our terms and conditions, the goods cannot be returned.

We will refund your credit card as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with labels still attached, however dependant on credit card type this can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. Please allow for this.

International returns

Please notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods.

You must write on top of the box, and on the necessary documentation that the goods are a return of purchase, otherwise you may be liable for import duty.

It is your responsibility to select a reliable carrier to return the goods to us,with a trackable service.
