Returns Policy

We offer refunds on unworn goods returned to us in their original condition. It is helpful to us and speeds up your account refund if we receive the product/s within 7 days of initial receipt. Please telephone or email the boutique within 24 hours of receipt of the product if you wish to return or exchange, as we will know to look out for it. It is helpful to our business if you can tell us the reason.

International returns

Please inform us as stated above  if you wish to return an item, stating the reason it is not suitable. If possible the goods should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

For international return of goods, customers must organise the return of any unwanted goods at their own expense. We encourage you to return items within the original packaging where possible. All orders remain the liability of the customer until received back at the boutique and we suggest a reputable courier is used with a trackable service.

We are only able to process refunds on unworn goods returned to us . We will then either send out an exchange if requested or refund using the original payment card.

Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
