Returns Policy

RETURNS UK: Please inform us within 7 days from receipt of goods if you wish to return an item/s stating the reasons why it is not suitable. We will then dispatch a pre- paid Special Delivery mail bag for the goods to be returned in. Please note this is only for orders within the UK.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:  Customers ordering from overseas need to return the goods at their own expense, notifying us with their intention to do so within 7 days. We encourage you to return the goods in the original packaging if still suitable. All orders remain the liability of the customer until received back at our shop. 

It is important the goods are returned to us at Suzannah, 6 Bristol Gardens, W9 2JG  within 14 days of initial receipt of goods. 

Upon receipt of goods unworn, and in original condition we will either send out an exchange if requested or refund using the original payment details.

Please note card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
