What are your delivery charges?

Special delivery UK: £8.95 (Accessories only: £5)

EU Short Haul Courier: £15 (Accessories only: £5)

International (Non EU): Single Product £20 ; Multiple Product £30

Can I return the product if bought online?

Yes you can for non customised products. See here for our returns policy.

Do you have a store where I can try your items on?

The Suzannah boutique is two minutes walk from Warwick Avenue tube, at 6 Bristol Gardens, London W9 2JG.

We are open six days a week (see our opening hours on the Suzannah Boutique page) and can often make appointments to see you out of hours.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Our door is always open during these hours, however if you need a bespoke fitting or just a more personalised service, where we can offer more thorough advice on complete outfits, then it is recommended. There is no charge.

Also, perhaps call ahead if you are coming from afar, especially if you are looking for a specific item. We can then endeavour to arrange that we have your size in stock.
